2. Filing a Notice of Infringement

• A statement of “Good Faith Belief” that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the authorized representative of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

Should you believe your content was removed due to a clerical error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Valid counter-notices will be reviewed, and material may be reinstated in accordance with DMCA guidelines if no legal action is pursued by the original complaining party.
