Cancellation & Modification
Policy Update: February 2026
At Viiralgoods, our automated fulfillment system is designed for speed. Because our furniture items—including mattresses and ergonomic chairs—require specialized loading and freight scheduling, we strictly enforce the following protocols for order changes.
1. The 12-Hour Grace Period
We provide a 12-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed. This period allows us to intercept the logistics chain before your furniture is moved to the heavy-goods staging area or vacuum-sealed for transport.
Post-Window Limitations:
Once an order exceeds the 12-hour mark, it is locked into our freight scheduling system and cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the items after this window, you must receive the delivery and initiate a standard return request in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Modification Protocols
Order modifications are subject to the same 12-hour window and include the following categories:
A. Shipping Address Adjustments
We are legally required to ship to the address verified at checkout. While we can update minor errors within the 12-hour window, Viiralgoods is not responsible for misdelivery resulting from incorrect data provided by the consumer. Redirecting freight in transit is often impossible and may incur additional carrier fees.
B. Product Swaps & Size Changes
If you wish to switch mattress sizes (e.g., Queen to King) or chair models, we must cancel the original order and facilitate a new transaction to ensure billing accuracy and proper inventory allocation.
3. Filing an Urgent Request
To ensure your request is prioritized in our queue, please follow these exact communication standards:

*Our support desk is active Mon–Sat. Requests sent outside of service hours will be reviewed chronologically upon reopening.
4. Financial Settlement
When a cancellation is approved within the 12-hour grace period, a 100% full refund is triggered immediately. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your original payment statement. This timeframe is dictated by financial institutions (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and is beyond our internal control.
