At Viiralgoods, we specialize in the safe transit of oversized ergonomic furniture. This policy outlines our logistical commitment to ensuring your order arrives with the precision and care it deserves.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

We provide shipping services exclusively within the contiguous United States. Due to carrier limitations regarding oversized furniture and vacuum-sealed mattresses, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 USD per order.

This standardized fee covers heavy-duty packaging and freight-optimized transit for all mattresses and chairs, regardless of total weight or quantity.

2. Fulfillment & Transit Timeframes

Our logistics team operates from Monday through Saturday to ensure prompt dispatch. Total delivery time is a combination of processing and transit phases:

Phase Timeframe Key Activities
Order Handling 1 – 3 Business Days Verification, structural quality inspection, and reinforced export-grade packaging.
Carrier Transit 2 – 7 Business Days Ground transport via specialized logistics partners (FedEx Ground, UPS, or Freight Carriers).

*Total Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 10 Business Days. Please note that the order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders received after this time will begin processing the next business day.

3. Specialized Product Handling

To ensure your furniture arrives without structural damage, we utilize advanced packaging protocols:

Mattress Delivery

Utilizing vacuum-compression technology, mattresses are shipped in reinforced “Bed-in-a-Box” cartons for efficient handling through interior spaces.

Chair Delivery

Chairs are secured with high-density foam corner guards and double-walled corrugated cardboard to prevent scuffs or mechanical strain during transit.

4. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package once it has left our distribution center. You can monitor your package via our carrier’s digital portal at any time.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Given the size of furniture items, we strongly advise customers to inspect the external packaging before the carrier departs. If significant damage is visible:

  • Capture clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Ensure the damage is noted on the delivery receipt (if a signature is required).
  • Notify us at support@viiralgoods.com within 24 hours to initiate a priority replacement claim.

6. Address Accuracy & Redirects

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and secure delivery address. Viiralgoods is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry at checkout. If you identify an error, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Once an item is in transit, we cannot guarantee address modifications or rerouting.
